This includes logotypes, trademarks, branding, or copyrighted material. Additionally, ‘framing’ the Website or referencing the Uniform Resource Locator (‘URL’) of the Website in any commercial or non-commercial media without prior, express, written permission from TheSoftware is strictly forbidden.
