SCOPE AND MODIFICATION OF THE AGREEMENT

The Agreement is the only and complete agreement between you and The Software regarding your use of the Website and overrides all prior or simultaneous agreements, representations, warranties and/or understandings regarding the Website. REQUIREMENTS

By filling out the appropriate purchase order forms, you have the opportunity to acquire or try to acquire specific products and/or services from the Website. The descriptions of these products and/or services featured on the Website may be provided directly by the manufacturers or distributors who are Third Party Providers. TheSoftware cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of these descriptions. You acknowledge and agree that TheSoftware bears no responsibility or liability for any difficulties you may encounter in obtaining products and/or services from the Website or for any disputes that may arise between you and the seller, distributor, or end-user consumers of the products. CONTESTS
TheSoftware occasionally offers prizes and awards through Contests. By accurately completing the Contest registration form and agreeing to the Official Contest Rules, participants have the opportunity to win promotional prizes. To participate in the Website’s Contests, the entry form must be fully filled out. Participants must provide truthful, precise, up-to-date, and complete Contest Registration Data. TheSoftware reserves the right to reject any Contest Registration Data if it is determined that the participant is in breach of the Agreement or if the provided data is incomplete, fraudulent, duplicated, or otherwise unacceptable. TheSoftware holds the discretion to modify the Registration Data criteria whenever it deems necessary.
LICENSE GRANT
As a user of the Website, you are given a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and utilize the Website, Content, and related materials as stated in the Agreement. TheSoftware holds the right to terminate this license at any point and for any reason. You are allowed to utilize the Website and Content on a single computer solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. No part of the Website, Content, Contests, and/or Services may be reproduced or integrated into any electronic or mechanical information retrieval system. Additionally, you are prohibited from using, copying, emulating, cloning, renting, leasing, selling, modifying, decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering, or transferring the Website, Content, Contests, and/or Services in whole or in part. TheSoftware reserves any rights not explicitly granted in the Agreement. Usage of any device, software, or routine to disrupt or attempt to disrupt the proper functioning of the Website is forbidden. Similarly, taking any action that overly burdens TheSoftware’s infrastructure is prohibited. Your access to and use of the Website, Content, Contests, and/or Services cannot be transferred.

The Website, Content, Contests, and Services are protected under copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights. You are strictly prohibited from copying, redistributing, publishing, or selling any part of them. Any form of automated retrieval or data extraction without written permission from TheSoftware is prohibited. You do not acquire ownership rights to any viewed materials. TheSoftware’s posting of information or material does not waive any right in or to such information and/or materials. TheSoftware’s name, logo, and associated graphics are trademarks. Linking to the website, co-branding, “framing”, and referencing the website are not allowed.

ALTERATIONS, REMOVALS AND ADJUSTMENTS
